FF2020 Postponed due to covid-19
April 30th Update We want to thank our Future Family for your patience and kindness as we work to postpone Future Forest 2020. We recognize it has been a difficult time period with an immense amount of uncertainty. It is important for us to give you several options for your purchased tickets and have been working hard to ensure that both you and our festival are taken care of. If you have made purchases towards the 2020 festival, we have options for you to consider.
.. Prior to the announcement that large gatherings are prohibited in New Brunswick until December 31, 2020, the Future Forest team was well underway with planning this year’s festival. Our full line-up had been booked and numerous costs incurred that are not covered by insurance. Future Forest is a family business and we receive no corporate sponsorship. As our Future Fam can tell, we have invested substantially into the festival grounds each year to make the experience safer, more sustainable, and more exhilarating. As Future Forest is a dream project, made possible by the support of people such as yourselves, we ask that you consider how you may best support us now. We recognize that there has been significant financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to support our family as best we can. We have provided a refund option to support those who are struggling due to these unexpected circumstances. Unfortunately there are numerous fees that cannot be refunded by the third parties Future Forest uses to process tickets. If you are able to exchange your ticket for one of the festivals in the next 2 years or donate your ticket to the festival, our heartfelt gratitude goes out to you. Your support will go towards the losses from 2020, preparations for 2021, and ensuring the longevity of the festival. Those who apply their tickets to future years will receive an exclusive future forest gift as a thank you! If you choose to donate your ticket or make a donation to the festival you will be entered into a draw for a luxury festival stay prize package for you and one guest. We are working on options for a possible virtual festival for the weekend of August 7 - 9, 2020. Even though we are far apart, we miss you all and our Future Family is never far from our minds and hearts! * 2020 hard copy tickets will be valid for 2021. Tickets CANNOT be replaced if lost. Please, keep them in a safe location.
Please note, Please note: exchanges, refunds, or donations of ticket transactions must be completed with the email address/account of the original purchaser. Refunds will be applied via the original payment method.
* In order to process a refund, the physical ticket must be returned to Future Forest. We will email you a shipping label for the return with tracking. There will be a $10 fee deducted to process your refund.
